1. All Bookings are deemed to be made for a round of 18 Holes.
Unless otherwise specifically requested in the Remarks Column.

2. Upon the receipt of this Booking Form, we would send a Confirmation Email to the Sender on the Approved Date, Venue and Tee time.

3. Applicants may follow the Payment Link indicated in the Confirmation to make the necessary payments up front before the Actual Play Date.

4. Subsequently a Service Voucher & Receipt would be sent to the Golfers after we have received the payments.
